Refund and Returns Policy


At Telangana Art & Craft, we take pride in offering handcrafted products made by skilled artisans. Due to the unique nature of handmade items, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

Our return and refund policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. If 7 days have passed, we may not be able to offer a refund or exchange.

🔁 Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition
  • Must be returned in the original packaging
  • Must include proof of purchase (order ID / invoice)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Handmade items with minor variations (color/design differences)
  • Gift cards
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Items damaged due to misuse

⚠️ Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos/videos of the product
  • Our team will review and offer a replacement or refund

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email about approval/rejection
  • If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
  • Refunds are usually completed within 5–10 business days

⏳ Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your payment provider
  3. Contact your bank

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery

🎁 Gift Returns

  • If marked as a gift → store credit will be issued
  • If not marked as a gift → refund will be processed to original buyer

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
